Some items from our range are delivered to the kerbside. These are items that are delivered by a forwarding agent. If the delivery has to be made by a forwarding agent, this is usually always indicated on the respective item.
Please also always state the recipient's telephone number when ordering so that the carrier can arrange the exact delivery date in advance.

After each dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us by e-mail. This will always contain a parcel number and a link to track your parcel. You can then see where your parcel is at any time.
If the dispatch of the ordered goods from us to you is free of charge due to the order value of your order and if you only make use of your right of cancellation for part of the goods ordered, so that the part of the goods remaining with you does not reach the amount of the free shipping costs, you must bear the shipping costs in the amount that would have been incurred if you had only ordered the goods remaining with you.
We always endeavour to send the ordered goods in one shipment, so the delivery time for the item with the longest delivery time applies.
