RELICON Relilight gel joints are the solution for small and delicate installations, especially for connecting after branches of small cable cross-sections for lighting installations. Compact dimensions, IP68 protection and integrated strain relief make them an all-round solution in the smallest of spaces.

Protection class IP 68, 10 metres. System tested according to DIN EN 50393. Perfect strain relief thanks to patented screw system. High insulation properties greater than 1kV due to RELICON gel. Labelling-free gel. Re-openable. Easy to assemble. Resistant to UV rays. Resistant to ageing. Weather resistant. Temperature resistance from -20°C - 90°C. Unlimited shelf life. Connectors included. Reliseal Gel cable fittings are a safe and robust partner for the most extreme demands. Tested to IP68, 10 metres and with integrated strain relief, they offer protection, insulation and sealing even in adverse environments. The system test according to EN 60529:1991 confirms this. Supplied as a complete set, installation is simple and takes little time. The moulded shells are made of impact-resistant, flame-retardant polypropylene (PP). The RELICON gel in the shell insulates and seals the connection. Reliseal is a universal connection set. Depending on the type of clamp, it is used for connecting plastic cables and conductors made of PVC, PE, EPR and XLPE such as N(A)YY, NYM, H05.Areas of application: As a connection set in installation ducts and indoors, in the ground, outdoors and in water.
