RELICON Relilight gel joints are the solution for small and delicate installations, especially for connecting after branches of small cable cross-sections for lighting installations, especially LED lighting. Compact dimensions, IP68 protection and integrated strain relief make them an all-round solution in the smallest of spaces. The Relilight system has been tested according to DIN EN 60998-2-1:2004, is resistant to ageing and weathering and can withstand temperatures from -30 to +130 degrees Celsius without any problems.

Shaped shell: two-part, black, re-openable, incl. strain relief, flame-retardant (UL94 V0), protection class IP68. Filled with RELICON gel, highly insulating, non-labelled. Easy assembly. With connector block. Unlimited shelf life. System tested according to DIN EN 60998-2-1:2004. 250V voltage class. Naturally, the high requirements of power engineering are met. The system test according to EN 60998-2-1:2004, the IP68 protection class and flame-retardant moulded shells confirm this.Relilight gel cable sets are used for connections, single and double branches, depending on the terminal type. They are used with plastic cables and conductors made of PVC, PE, EPR and XLPE such as N(A)YY and NYM. The cable fitting filled with silicone-based gel provides insulation, sealing and mechanical protection in one step, thus considerably reducing installation work.Areas of application: In the low-voltage network as a connection or branch set for outdoor lighting. In installation ducts and interiors, in the ground, outdoors and in water.
