Please note that you enter your Josef Traub GmbH customer number when registering.
After successful registration, you will immediately see your individual conditions and terms of payment.
You are a customer from an EU country outside Germany?
Register in our online shop in just a few steps.
Enter your VAT identification number in the form field "USt-IdNr.".
After we have verified your VAT identification number, you can shop with us without paying VAT.
If your payment has already been made in advance via PayPal or credit card, we will refund the tax already paid to you according to the payment method made.
You are a customer from the European Union outside of Germany?
Please complete our registration form including your VAT or equivalent number (depending on country).
Upon completion and verification by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your login details.
Afterwards you can shop without paying any VAT.
In case that you made your payment in advance via PayPal or credit card, we will refund your VAT according to your paymant method.
